I have worked in the service industry for the last 35 years working with some of the world’s top chefs throughout my career. I was a director of some of the top London Casinos in Mayfair including the world renowned Crockfords club as well as the Clermont Club in Berkeley Square.
I originally trained as a chef and my passion for food hopefully shines through at my restaurant.
All our food is freshly prepared using only the finest ingredients – mature 25 day beef to ensure succulent steaks every time, market fresh fish to tantalise the taste buds, sauces and vegetables all professionally prepared in house from the freshest ingredients. Desserts prepared by my award winning pastry chef to enhance your meal and hopefully round off a perfect meal at my restaurant. Our Pizza & Pasta menu is all prepared freshly – even the tomato sauce for our stone-ground pizza is a work of art!
Sharon my wife and co-owner has worked in the service industry for a number of years and even started at the age of 12 working for her father at his pub.
